Our full time, professional shipping department is here to serve you. Worldwide shipping is available for selected brands. Seiko can only be shipped within the USA. All our our items are packed with high quality packing materials such as layers of styofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, and blank newsprint. Double boxing is used when needed. Choose from Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Serivce (USPS), United Parcel Serice (UPS) or any shipper of your choice.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping costs reflect professional packaging, clean packing material, and often double boxes.
• All USPS shipping will require signature delivery if the package cost exceeds $100.00. This cost is reflected in the shipping and handling.
• Our in-house shipping is done under digital camera surveillance to verify what is placed in packages, and in what condition.
• Most items will be packed by our in-house shipping professionals.
• Worldwide shipping is available for selected brands. Seiko can only be shipped within the USA.

• We can combine up to 5 items in a package for smaller items. Often, paintings or larger items cannot be combined. Please contact us if you are purchasing items that are of disparate size to see if they can be combined.
• Outside professional shippers may be used for larger items due to size or value.
• Some items will be assessed a heavier weight by the USPS or UPS based on the exterior dimensions of the package. We use clean boxes and pack with bubble wrap and/ or peanuts to be sure that your item arrives safe and intact. This boxing may increase the size of the package to reflect what seems to be greater shipping. Please take the size of the package into consideration with your calculations.
• Customs duties, fees, taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• We reserve the right to report any unlawful requests to any law enforcement authority, including State and Federal authorities.

• Because of the nature of the items we sell, we generally ship USPS Express Mail for domestic items. Declared value coverage is not usually applicable.
• Because of the limitations on declared value coverage for the type of items we sell, we use third party coverage for shipped items for UPS shipments of at least 0.75 per $100.00. We we highly recommend that you choose the declared value coverage option.
• If you choose not to purchase declared value coverage you are absolving Old Northeast Jewelers and all entities of any liability if the item arrives damaged or fails to arrive.
• Our third party insurance for domestic USPS shipments ranges from $1.00 to $3.00 per $100.00 depending on the type of item shipped and where it is shipped to.
• If you do not purchase declared value coverage/insurance then you are absolving Old Northeast Jewelers and all entities of any liability if the item arrives damaged, or fails to arrive.
• In the event of package damage or tampering, please contact the delivery company first and then contact Old Northeast Jewelers. We will assist you in a claim if you purchased insurance of declared value coverage.
